Daily Arrangements & Delivery Policy
At Basma Flowers, we always strive to provide the highest level of customer service. As a specialized flower and gift arrangement store, we fully understand the concerns associated with online shopping, particularly regarding order security and accurate fulfillment.
This policy has been prepared to clearly explain how we handle delivery, replacement, and cancellation requests, ensuring our customers’ rights and full transparency.
1. Non-Receipt of an Order
If a customer claims that an order has not been received, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours to investigate the order status. In many cases, a delivery attempt may have been made, but the recipient was not present at the location or no one was available to receive the order.
2. Failure to Deliver on Our Part
If it is confirmed that Basma Flowers did not attempt delivery for reasons attributable to us, the full paid amount will be refunded.
3. Quality of Flowers or Gifts
If an order has been delivered and there is a concern regarding the quality of the arrangement or gift, the recipient must contact Basma Flowers within 24 hours of the delivery time.
In most cases, we are happy to replace the arrangement.
Please note that flowers, plants, and cakes are perishable products and require proper care.
⚠️ No replacement or refund requests will be accepted if we are not contacted within 24 hours of the delivery date.
4. Suspicious or Fraudulent Orders
Basma Flowers reserves the right to reject any order suspected of being unreliable or fraudulent. We review order details and match them with payment information. If any discrepancies are found, we will contact the sender by phone or email to verify the information.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before preparation or delivery.
If a cancellation is requested after delivery, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations resulting from entering an incorrect address or providing information that prevents delivery are not accepted.
If a new address is provided:
- Within the delivery area: the order will be re-delivered.
- Outside the delivery area: only 50% of the order value will be refunded.
6. Replacement Policy
We are committed to fulfilling orders according to the selected details whenever possible.
If a specific type of flower, container, or any item included in the order is unavailable, it will be replaced with an alternative of equal value and quality, without compromising the overall appearance of the arrangement.
7. Inspection & Refusal at Delivery
The recipient has the right to inspect the order upon delivery.
Acceptance of the order by the recipient is considered confirmation that the arrangement is in good condition and of acceptable quality. In such cases, no replacement or refund may be requested except under the conditions stated above.
Basma Flowers bears no responsibility if the recipient refuses to accept the order, and the customer is not entitled to a refund in this case.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Re-Delivery
Any change to the delivery address after order preparation, or providing an incorrect address, will require re-delivery and is subject to an additional fee of 7 Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
أي تعديل على عنوان التسليم بعد تنفيذ الطلب أو إدخال عنوان غير صحيح يؤدي إلى إعادة التوصيل، ويخضع لرسوم إضافية قدرها 7 دنانير أردنية.
