At Basma Flowers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued to ensure transparency and clarity.

1. Undelivered Orders

If a customer reports that an order was not delivered, Basma Flowers requires up to 24 hours to investigate the delivery status.
If it is confirmed that no delivery attempt was made by our team, a full refund will be issued.

2. Delivered Orders & Quality Issues

If an order has been successfully delivered but there is a concern regarding the quality of the flowers, arrangement, or gift, the recipient must contact Basma Flowers within 24 hours of delivery.

In most cases, we will offer a replacement rather than a refund.

Please note that flowers, plants, and cakes are perishable items, and proper care after delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.

❗ No refunds or replacements will be issued if we are not notified within 24 hours of the delivery date.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before delivery.
If a cancellation request is received after the order has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations will not be accepted if incorrect delivery information (such as a wrong address) prevents successful delivery.
If a new address is provided and is within our delivery area, the order may be delivered accordingly.
If the new address is outside our delivery range, only 50% of the order value will be refunded.

4. Refused Deliveries

Basma Flowers is not responsible for orders refused by the recipient.
No refunds will be issued if the recipient declines to accept the delivery for any reason.

5. Substitutions

While we strive to deliver arrangements as displayed, substitutions may be necessary due to availability.
All substitutions will be made with items of equal value and similar quality, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.

6. Incorrect Address & Re-Delivery

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or changes are requested after the order is confirmed, resulting in re-delivery, an additional re-delivery fee of JOD 10.00 will apply.
Re-delivery fees are non-refundable.

7. Fraud Prevention

Basma Flowers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent.
If an order is canceled due to confirmed fraudulent activity, a refund will be processed according to our internal review.
