Undelivered Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer reports that an order was not delivered, <strong>Basma Flowers<\/strong> requires up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong> to investigate the delivery status.<br>If it is confirmed that no delivery attempt was made by our team, a <strong>full refund<\/strong> will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Delivered Orders &amp; Quality Issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If an order has been successfully delivered but there is a concern regarding the quality of the flowers, arrangement, or gift, the recipient must contact <strong>Basma Flowers within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In most cases, we will offer a <strong>replacement<\/strong> rather than a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that <strong>flowers, plants, and cakes are perishable items<\/strong>, and proper care after delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2757 No refunds or replacements will be issued if we are not notified within 24 hours of the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders may be canceled <strong>only before delivery<\/strong>.<br>If a cancellation request is received after the order has been delivered, <strong>no refund will be issued<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellations will not be accepted if incorrect delivery information (such as a wrong address) prevents successful delivery.<br>If a new address is provided and is within our delivery area, the order may be delivered accordingly.<br>If the new address is outside our delivery range, <strong>only 50% of the order value will be refunded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refused Deliveries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basma Flowers<\/strong> is not responsible for orders refused by the recipient.<br>No refunds will be issued if the recipient declines to accept the delivery for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Substitutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While we strive to deliver arrangements as displayed, substitutions may be necessary due to availability.<br>All substitutions will be made with items of <strong>equal value and similar quality<\/strong>, and such cases are <strong>not eligible for refunds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Incorrect Address &amp; Re-Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If an incorrect delivery address is provided or changes are requested after the order is confirmed, resulting in re-delivery, an <strong>additional re-delivery fee of JOD 10.00<\/strong> will apply.<br>Re-delivery fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
